Rick Black - President and CEO

Rick Black Rick Black and Bill Givens acquired ECRM from AM International, Inc. in August 1983. Mr. Black served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from that time until March 2002, when he was appointed and continues to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Black has served as President and CEO of Oak Technology, Inc (semi-conductors for CD/DVD and scanner/copier/printers), AM International, Inc. (printing machines, engineering and business equipment), Alusuisse of America, Inc. (engineering, metals and chemicals), and Maremont Corporation, Inc. (automotive parts and textile machinery). Mr. Black serves as Chairman of the Board of GSI Group, Inc ("GSIG" --- laser systems and precision motion control systems) and serves as a director of Allied Fiber Optics Products, Inc. ("AFOP" -- telecom and CATV components), Altigen Communications, Inc. ("ATGN" -- telecom systems), Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (lasers and telecom/CATV systems), and TREX Enterprises, Inc. (imaging and data transmission systems). He is a Trustee of The Institute for Advanced Study (Princeton). Mr. Black holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M, and an MBA at Harvard University.

William R. Givens - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Givens was appointed Chairman of the Board of ECRM in 2002. Mr. Givens served as President and CEO from 1983 until 2002. Prior to assuming the Presidency of ECRM, he was Director of Technical Planning for AM International. He has a broad background in general management and engineering having also served as General Manager of Panduit Corporation and as Vice President of Research and Development of Maremont Corporation. In 1990 he received the Entrepreneur of the Year award for New England for management buy-out of ECRM, presented by Inc. Magazine. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering from Ohio State University and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Michael Hurton - CFO

Michael Hurton was appointed Chief Financial Officer for ERCM in 2003. In his current role, Mr. Hurton is responsible for Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Human Resources. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hurton held the role of Financial Controller, a position he held since 1993. During his twenty year tenure with ECRM he has held a variety of positions in accounting, finance and information systems. Mr. Hurton holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an MBA from Babson College.

Dennis Farrell - Vice President, Manufacturing

Dennis Farrell Dennis Farrell was appointed Vice President of Manufacturing in 2003. In this current position, Dennis oversees the entire manufacturing plant at the company headquarters in Tewksbury, MA. Under his leadership, ECRM has been able to employ best practices of JIT/lean manufacturing which has enabled ECRM to lower cost and improved delivery to our customers. Prior to his current role, Mr. Farrell held the position of Director of Manufacturing, a position he held since 1993. Before joining ECRM, Mr. Farrell spent nine years with Varian Associates and previous to that role, Farrell served 9 years with the United States Air Force. Dennis has Degrees in Electrical and Power Technologies and Business.

Michael Zembko - Vice President, Engineering

Mike Zembko Mike Zembko joined ECRM in 1989 as VP of Engineering. He came with extensive experience in the Printing and Publishing Industry. Previously, he spent 16 years with Compugraphic during which he advanced from Senior Engineer to Director. During his time at Compugraphic he developed some 35 products including various typesetters, imagesetters, publishing systems, and workstations. He moved to ECRM as VP of Engineering and continued to prolifically develop an array of products. Notable were color scanners, color imagesetters, color proofers, and large/small platesetters. He is an alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Physics.

Joe Chevalier - Vice President Worldwide Supply Chain/Customer Service

Jim Chevalier Joe was appointed Vice President Worldwide Supply Chain / Customer Service in 2003. In this role, Joe spends quite a bit of time understanding customer needs as he leads the Customer Service department at ECRM. In his 17 year career with ECRM Joe's involvement with purchasing and inventory control have contributed to his current success garnering the support of the ECRM supply chain facilitating the lean manufacturing practices in our Tewksbury plant. Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Doug Barr - Vice President, Western Hemisphere Sales

Doug Barr joined ECRM in 2005, and until this appointment, was Director of Sales, Latin America and Caribbean Region. Prior to ECRM, Barr held positions of increasing responsibility with Kodak Polychrome Graphics, the Imation Corporation and the 3M Company. He is experienced in Sales and International Sales Management, International Business Development in Latin America and Asia Pacific, Product Marketing Management, and Technical Service Management. Mr. Barr also has expertise in conventional and digital color reproduction processes, digital prepress workflow and press and pressroom technologies.

Derek Sizer - Vice President, Eastern Hemisphere Business

Derek Sizer Derek Sizer was appointed Vice President of Eastern Hemisphere Business in 2004. In his current position he is responsible for all sales in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, and the Far East. Prior to his current role, Derek held the position of Director of Sales for EMEA, a position he had held since 2000. Derek's career with ECRM extends back to 1991 when he was instrumental in opening up imagesetter sales in Europe and then heading up all marketing activities outside of the Americas. His career in the graphic arts industry includes stints with Xenotron, Hell, Maxwell Communications and Harlequin. His experience in the graphic arts also involved being on the client side working within prepress management at Norprint and Cambridge University Press. Derek attended the London College of Printing where he majored in Printing Technologies.

Torben Rysgaard - Vice President, Polyester CTP Business

Torben Rysgaard was appointed Vice President of Polyester CTP Business in 2006. In this role, Torben will head up the company's sales and marketing business for the polyester product line and will oversee R&D operations from ECRM's Copenhagen, Denmark offices, As a 23-year veteran of the graphic arts industry, Torben enjoyed a distinguished career with Esko-Graphics prior to coming to ECRM. During his tenure, he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing management. Fluent in Danish, English and German Torben brings has extensive international experience in developing and maintaining OEM business in the graphic arts marketplace and is credited with establishing relationships with many of the industry's leading manufacturers and distributors.

John L. Marzec III - Director of Product Management

John Marzec was appointed Director of Product Management in 2006. In his current position, John is responsible for all product development at ECRM including metal and polyester CTP, workflow, and imagesetters. Over his fifteen year career at ECRM John has played a significant role in manufacturing, customer support, and product development contributing greatly to the set of solutions geared for the graphic communications industry,

Don Langston

Don Langston - Director, Worldwide Customer Service

Don Langston has over 30 year experience in the graphic communications industry. His is ably suited for his current role directing worldwide customer service drawing on his extensive international experience as the UK Service Manager and Regional Technical Support Manager for EMEA and APAC. Don's customer centric approach drives him in getting out to customer sites to see and hear first hand what is going on with ECRM solutions. Prior to joining ECRM, Don worked with Hadland Photonics and the Mirror Group Newspapers.

James M. Luttrell - Director of Marketing, Americas

Jim Luttrell was appointed Director of Marketing in 2005. In this role, Jim has directed the company's branding initiatives and created Go-to-Market and marketing plans for channel partners in all of the Americas insuring consistency of partner experience and customer satisfaction. Jim has 20 years of experience in international marketing and business development in the graphic communications industry. Prior to coming to ECRM, Jim led the channel marketing initiatives for Creo in Latin America. Earlier in his career he held management positions with graphic communications and printing companies including multi-national publisher Watchtower, Inc.
